This is a community site, welcoming members of all ages to have fun and engage in all things Bella Sara. Please read the following guidelines to ensure the experience is kept respectful, pleasant, and enjoyable for all.

 Profile Rules

 To keep this site as safe as possible, never include personal contact information in your profile like your email address, phone number or mailing address. You are required to use a Bella Sara Community username, otherwise it will default to your email address and your membership will be removed until you re-register with a Username. You can set up or change your username at any time using "Edit Profile." Any pictures you include in your profile must meet the guidelines outlined below:

 Removal of Inappropriate Posts, Pictures, and Videos

As a member, you are encouraged to follow general rules of “netiquette,” or net etiquette, and not post any messages, videos, or pictures that are obscene, vulgar, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented, or otherwise violating any laws. Any offensive or inappropriate posts in the Forums, Videos, and Photos & Art page will be removed. All postings express the views of the author, and not necessarily that of Hidden City Games.

 Help Keep It Safe

Although the moderators of this forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is up to you as a member to post messages that are insightful, advance the topic thread, and are not offensive to anyone, including children. Also, if you find an offensive or inappropriate post, photo, or video, please report it immediately to the moderators at bellasaracommunity@hiddencitygames.com.

 Trading

We realize that trading is part of the fun of collecting Bella Sara cards. However, we do not have the resources available to track individual trade transactions. Thus, the trading in our message boards will remain largely unmoderated. You may post your have/want lists for trading purposes, but when you initiate a trade, never share your contact information such as your email address or physical mailing address publicly on the board! Message the person privately; otherwise the post will be immediately removed. If you engage in a trade, you do so at your own risk and Hidden City Games is not liable for any problems that occur as a result.

Promotion Posts

While you are allowed to promote local events you have heard about or helpful links related to your post, if it is apparent that you are advertising, it will be removed. This especially pertains to the Bella Sara Events forum. If we catch questionable content, it will immediately be removed. We reserve the right to remove any post that we consider advertising for one's self-interests, including the promotion of a site or store one is affiliated with.

 Language and Respect

Our community is family-friendly. There are young users and language should be kept appropriate. This constitutes the use of any offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material deemed unsafe for younger members. Inappropriate language will be removed and that member will be warned. In the forums, be respectful to others and do not post provocative or outrageous messages only to get a response from others.

 Personal Attacks or Flame Wars

There is a difference between having a passionate, respectful discussion and having a “flame war” that becomes personal. When the line is crossed, the discussion will be closed by moderators.

Multiple Posting

If you have something to post and you're not sure which board it belongs in, choose what feels the most appropriate and please do not post it in more than one board. Duplicate threads only create confusion.

 Parent and Children Accounts

You cannot create an account in the Bella Sara Community if you are under 13 years old, however, children under 13 can post using their parent’s account and their permission. If you forget your password, use the password recovery tool, in which case you will be able to send your password to the e-mail associated with your account.

 Moderation

Hidden City Games moderators reserve the right to remove or close any post or thread for any reason. Members are usually the first defense against issues that compromise the site, so if you have a concern, you can flag the post or direct it to the moderators at bellasaracommunity@hiddencitygames.com.

 Banning of Users

Those in violation of the guidelines will receive warnings, but a repetitive offender will receive stricter reprimand. We reserve the right to unsubscribe members if needed.
