What Are My Horses Doing? Thursday, April 30, 2009

Have you ever wondered what your horses do when you leave North of North?

Well, guess what? Because I live in Cantor Hollow, which is a part of North of North, I know what they do! They like to visit their magical friends and other horses across the realms. They play with each other all day and run, fly, or swim all over the place! They are a lot like you and me: they eat their favorite foods, tell stories and funny jokes, play games, and make friends with each other. You don't have to worry about them when you leave because magical friends, people, and Sara help take care of them so that they stay happy and healthy.

But when you come they are always so excited to see you! Have you visited them lately?

A Royal Day at School, Tuesday, April 28, 2009

Today at school, we had Royalty Day. Royalty Day is a day where we can dress up as our favorite herd monarchs and parade around the school. I went as Bella, High Queen of Herd Bellasara. Even though she is Sara’s horse, I really admire Bella for her inner beauty, nobility, and leadership in North of North. I also love her positive message: “Think positive every day! Feel the bliss of joy and energy that comes with it.”

For Royalty Day, we also got a tour of Rolandsgaard Castle in North of North. I had such a great time and the castle is so beautiful and enchanted. Do you have anything like Royalty Day at your school? Do you like royalty and nobility as much as I do? There is plenty more Bella Sara Royalty to discover!

Thunder's Courage is GREAT, Tuesday, April 14, 2009

Hello again! I just finished “Thunder’s Courage”, the new Bella Sara book. This book is about a girl named Sevi who is making a beautiful dress for a special day in her life. Thunder helps Sevi to overcome her fears when she needs it most. After Sevi’s little brother gets captured by an evil sorceress, Thunder comes to the rescue, and Sevi learns what it means to make the right choices in life. This story was full of adventures and surprises. I think Sevi was very brave and I would love to see the dresses she makes!

Hey, I just found out that there are many more books coming about Bella Sara and the world North of North. So if you’ve read all of the first five books then there’s no worry because there are more to come!

Whiffle Bears Bring... Wednesday, April 8, 2009

Do you see the poll I have on my blog about what whiffle bears bring to North of North? My dad thinks they bring sun and my friend’s sister thinks rainbows, but I was just doing some research for a school project on weather and I found out from the Bellapedia that they bring rain!

Look what I found in the Bellapedia! Together the whiffle bears and Anemone “herd clouds.” Whiffle bears are known to send rain clouds over farms during dry spells and steer them away from picnics. Of course, they can also do it the other way around. But, whiffle bears are very friendly and jolly creatures. They try to be helpful, rather than mischievous.

The whiffle bears have certainly been bringing lots of rain lately, but at least the flowers are starting to bloom. I have planted lots of seeds, and I already have huge bouquets of beautiful flowers. Would you like one? (Enter this code: ROY-#-FLOW-BNCH at BellaSara.com.)

My school project is going great, and I am even going to draw pictures of whiffle bears to go on my poster. Wish me luck!

Fiery Fiona ... Love It! Monday, April 6, 2009

Have you read “Fiery Fiona” yet? It is the newest book from Bella Sara about the world North of North. This book is kind of a mystery. There is a girl named Astrid and her friend, the tassel mouse, named “Cork”. With Fiona helping them, Astrid and Cork get down to the bottom of the mystery of the fiery Nix. Fiona helps them to see that things are not always what they seem. Very mysterious isn’t it? There are lots of good illustrations in this book, and some very cute ones of Cork and Fiona of course. I just love a good mystery! Don’t you? Up next is the book “Thunder’s Courage” for me. I think I’ll go get a bowl of Plumberries and start it now!
