Guess what, friends?

Yours truly has been asked to cover and report on Bella’s Ball!  In today’s post, I want to tell you all about the look of the Ball. It’s being held in Rolandsgaard Castle, which for a long time, was pretty much abandoned. My teacher said that its halls and rooms have been silent and somber for many years.

But not anymore; Bella’s Ball has made the castle come alive again, and its beauty is even more breathtaking now that there is a celebration! The ballroom of Rolandsgaard is a very high room with a gorgeous domed crystal glass ceiling. Each of the four quadrants has been decorated with ribbons and banners of all colors, while floating luminaries dance in the water. If you haven’t already, you should see it for yourself!

I have some exciting news to tell you. I was asked to narrate a movie about North of North! At first, I was pretty nervous, but since it was all about North of North - the magical land that I love and love learning about - I was really motivated to do a good job! Dad told me that the story is going to be heard all over Trails End and beyond. I hope you get to see it! If you do, leave a comment telling me how you think I did. Hope you like it!

I am so excited; do you know why?  I found a delicious recipe for Beran and Rosebriar’s famous cookies!  Everyone in North of North knows about these delicious treats, and they all gather around when Beran and Rosebriar are kind enough to bake them for everyone. They even brought some to Bella's Ball.  
 
I saw that they gave my dad the recipe to publish in our newspaper. Of course, I had to share with you too; these cookies are just too good to keep a secret!  I just baked some with my mom and I got to frost them all by myself!  You should make them, too.  I am sure you will love the way they taste.
